Ingredients
- 6–8 tortillas (corn or flour)
- 1 lb (450 g) protein (beef, chicken, or beans)
- Onion, cilantro, lime
- Salsa or pico de gallo
- Optional: cheese, sour cream, avocado, shredded lettuce
- Taco seasoning or salt, cumin, chili powder
Instructions

- Fill each tortilla with protein and your usual toppings.
- Serve with lime and salsa on the side.
- Same tortillas, protein style, and toppings as Regular.
- Load more protein and salsa/veg per taco, or stop at fewer tacos for the same plate.
- Still soft or crunchy tacos — not a salad bowl substitute unless you choose that on purpose.
Better steps keep the same dish — one useful change, not a different recipe.
