Ingredients
- 200 g Rice noodles cooked
- 200 g Shrimp raw
- 2 Large egg
- 3 tbsp Fish sauce
- 3 tbsp Granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp Tamarind concentrate
- 2 tbsp Peanut oil
- 60 g Bean sprouts
- 2 tbsp Peanuts, roasted, unsalted
- 200 g Rice noodles cooked
- 200 g Shrimp raw
- 2 Large egg
- 3 tbsp Fish sauce
- 1.5 tbsp Granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp Tamarind concentrate
- 2 tbsp Peanut oil
- 60 g Bean sprouts
- 2 tbsp Peanuts, roasted, unsalted
Instructions
- Soak or cook rice noodles per package, then drain.
- Stir-fry shrimp in oil until just cooked; push to the side.
- Scramble the eggs in the same pan.
- Add noodles, fish sauce, sugar, and tamarind; toss to coat and heat through.
- Fold in bean sprouts, top with peanuts, and serve.
- Same method as Regular, with the sugar in the sauce cut roughly in half.
- Cook the noodles and drain.
- Stir-fry shrimp, then scramble eggs in the same pan.
- Add noodles, fish sauce, the reduced sugar, and tamarind; toss to coat.
- Fold in bean sprouts, top with peanuts — same pad thai, less added sugar.
Better steps keep the same dish — one useful change, not a different recipe.
