- 500 g Chicken thigh raw skinless
- 80 g All-purpose flour
- 500 ml Peanut oil
- 4 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 2 cup White rice cooked
- 500 g Chicken breast raw skinless

Instructions
- Cut chicken into pieces and toss in flour.
- Deep-fry until golden and cooked through; drain.
- Simmer soy sauce, brown sugar, and vinegar until slightly thickened.
- Toss the fried chicken in the sauce.
- Serve over rice.
- Same orange chicken, baked instead of deep-fried, using chicken breast.
- Cut chicken into pieces, toss in flour, and bake on a sheet pan until golden and cooked through.
- Simmer soy sauce, brown sugar, and vinegar until thickened.
- Toss the baked chicken in the sauce.
