Ingredients

  • 300 g Lo mein noodles cooked
  • 200 g Chicken breast raw skinless
  • 100 g Carrots raw
  • 100 g Cabbage
  • 4 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp Peanut oil

Instructions

  1. Stir-fry chicken until cooked through; set aside.
  2. Stir-fry carrots and cabbage until just tender.
  3. Add noodles and soy sauce, tossing to coat.
  4. Return chicken to the pan and toss together.
  5. Serve hot.
