Ingredients

  • 500 g Ground beef 80/20
  • 1 Red onion raw
  • 2 Tomato raw
  • 2 tsp Garam masala
  • 2 tsp Cumin seed ground
  • 2 Garlic clove
  • 20 g Fresh ginger

Instructions

  1. Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until softened.
  2. Add the beef and brown, breaking it up as it cooks.
  3. Stir in tomato, garam masala, and cumin.
  4. Simmer until the mixture thickens and the beef is fully cooked.
  5. Serve with rice or bread.
