Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken thigh raw skinless
  • 80 g All-purpose flour
  • 500 ml Peanut oil
  • 4 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp Gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
  • 2 cup White rice cooked

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into pieces and toss in flour.
  2. Deep-fry until golden and cooked through; drain.
  3. Simmer soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, and chili flakes until slightly thickened.
  4. Toss the fried chicken in the sauce.
