Ingredients
- 400 g Beef stew meat
- 2 Bell pepper raw
- 1 Red onion raw
- 2 tbsp Peanut oil
- 2 tsp Red chili powder
- 6 Flour tortilla 10in

- 2 tbsp Peanut oil
- 2 tsp Red chili powder
- 6 Flour tortilla 10in
Instructions
- Slice the beef, peppers, and onion into strips.
- Sear the beef in hot oil until browned; set aside.
- Stir-fry peppers and onion until just tender.
- Return the beef to the pan with chili powder and toss together.
- Warm the tortillas and serve everything alongside for building your own.
- Same fajitas, with about 50% more peppers and onion added.
- Slice the beef and the larger amount of peppers and onion into strips.
- Sear the beef in hot oil; set aside.
- Stir-fry the extra peppers and onion until tender, then return the beef with chili powder.
- Warm tortillas and serve — same fajitas, more vegetables.
