- 8 cups greens or base for 2 large salads
- Protein (chicken, beans, cheese, egg) for 2
- Vegetables and toppings you usually add
- Dressing (about 4–6 Tbsp, or to taste)
- Optional crunch: croutons, nuts, seeds
Instructions
- Wash and dry greens. Prep protein and toppings.
- Divide into bowls; add toppings.
- Dress and toss just before serving.
