Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken breast raw skinless
  • 2 Large egg
  • 120 g Panko breadcrumbs
  • 500 ml Peanut oil
  • 2 cup Marinara sauce
  • 150 g Mozzarella cheese whole milk

Instructions

  1. Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness.
  2. Dip in egg, then panko, pressing to coat.
  3. Deep- or pan-fry in oil until golden and cooked through.
