Ingredients
- 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade) for one 12–14 inch pizza
- 1/2–3/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1–2 cups shredded mozzarella
- Toppings of choice (pepperoni, veg, etc.)
- Olive oil, salt, optional herbs
Instructions
- Heat oven to the temperature your dough package or recipe recommends (often 450–500°F / 230–260°C).
- Stretch dough, add sauce, cheese, and toppings.
- Bake until crust is browned and cheese is melted, usually 10–15 minutes.
- Slice and serve your usual number of pieces.
- Same dough, sauce, and pizza style as Regular.
- Use a moderate amount of cheese, or stop after fewer slices and add a simple side salad.
- Still pizza with a real crust — not a cauliflower-crust mandate.
Better steps keep the same dish — one useful change, not a different recipe.
