- 220 g Pork breakfast sausage
- 3 tbsp All-purpose flour
- 2 cup Whole milk
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper ground

Instructions
- Bake or warm the biscuits.
- Brown the sausage in a skillet, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Sprinkle flour over the sausage and stir for a minute.
- Whisk in milk gradually, simmering until thickened. Season with pepper.
- Split the biscuits and ladle gravy over the top.
- Same method as Regular, using turkey breakfast sausage instead of pork.
- Bake or warm the biscuits.
- Brown the sausage, breaking it up as it cooks.
