Ingredients
- 300 g Shrimp raw
- 200 g Sweet potato baked
- 120 g All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Rice vinegar
- 500 ml Peanut oil
- 2 Large egg
- 300 g Shrimp raw

Instructions
- Whisk flour, egg, and ice-cold water into a thin batter.
- Dip shrimp and sweet potato slices in the batter.
- Deep-fry in hot oil until light and crisp; drain.
- Season lightly with salt.
- Serve immediately with dipping sauce.
