Ingredients
- Sushi rice for 2 (about 1.5–2 cups cooked)
- Nori, fish, or fillings as needed
- Rice vinegar seasoning for sushi rice
- Soy sauce, wasabi, ginger
Instructions
- Cook and season sushi rice; cool to room temp.
- Slice fish or prep fillings; assemble nigiri or rolls.
- Serve with soy, wasabi, and ginger as usual.
- Same rice and style as Regular.
- Favor protein-forward pieces, or a slightly smaller set of rolls.
- Still sushi — not a substitute roll by default.
