Ingredients

  • 400 g Beef stew meat
  • 300 g Broccoli cooked
  • 4 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Peanut oil
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 2 cup White rice cooked

Instructions

  1. Slice the beef thin and stir-fry in hot oil until browned; set aside.
  2. Stir-fry the broccoli until bright green and just tender.
  3. Whisk soy sauce and cornstarch with a little water; add to the pan and simmer until it thickens.
  4. Return the beef to the pan and toss to coat.
  5. Serve over rice.
