  • 3 cup White rice cooked
  • 2 Large egg
  • 100 g Carrots raw
  • 80 g Peas
  • 4 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp Peanut oil

Instructions

  1. Scramble the eggs in a hot wok or skillet; set aside.
  2. Stir-fry carrots and peas until just tender.
  3. Add the rice, breaking up clumps, and stir-fry until heated through.
