- 4 tbsp All-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp Ghee
- 2 tsp Garam masala
- 2 tsp Red chili powder

- 20 g Fresh ginger
- 30 g Fried crispy onions

Instructions
- Trim the beef of excess fat and brown it in ghee with ginger and garlic.
- Toast the flour separately until light golden, then whisk with a little water into a slurry.
- Add water, chili powder, and garam masala to the beef; simmer low and slow until very tender.
- Stir in the toasted flour slurry to thicken the stew.
- Top with fried onions and serve with naan.
