Ingredients
- 500 g Ground beef 80/20
- 1 Red onion raw
- 2 Tomato raw
- 2 tsp Garam masala
- 2 tsp Cumin seed ground
- 2 Garlic clove
- 20 g Fresh ginger
- 500 g Ground beef 90/10
- 1 Red onion raw
- 2 Tomato raw
- 2 tsp Garam masala
- 2 tsp Cumin seed ground
- 2 Garlic clove
- 20 g Fresh ginger
Instructions
- Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until softened.
- Add the beef and brown, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Stir in tomato, garam masala, and cumin.
- Simmer until the mixture thickens and the beef is fully cooked.
- Serve with rice or bread.
- Same keema, using 90/10 lean beef instead of 80/20.
- Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until softened.
