Ingredients
- 1.5 lb (700 g) protein or 2 cans legumes
- Onion, garlic, ginger, tomatoes or base sauce
- Spice blend for the dish
- Oil or ghee, salt
- Rice or bread for serving (about 2–3 cups cooked rice)
- Optional yogurt or herbs
Instructions
- Sauté aromatics; add spices until fragrant.
- Add protein or legumes and sauce base; simmer until cooked and thickened.
- Cook rice or warm bread.
- Serve curry with rice or bread as usual.
- Same spices and curry method as Regular.
- Plate more curry/protein relative to rice, or a slightly smaller rice portion.
