Make it work for you
Regular or Better
Same food. You choose the version.
Regular
Crispy or grilled chicken sandwich as ordered — bun, chicken, toppings and sauce.
Better
Keep the sandwich. Best lever is often the side and drink; or extra chicken if the place allows. Still a chicken sandwich.
More options (protein, portion, fiber)
More protein
Extra chicken portion when available. Still the same sandwich style.
Smaller portion
Keep the sandwich; skip large fries and sugary drink.
More fiber
Extra pickles/lettuce or a side salad; bun and chicken stay.
Better = same dish, one useful change — not a different meal.
