- 6 cups broth or base

- Aromatics: onion, garlic, herbs
- Starch if used (potato, noodles, rice, bread on side)
- Salt, pepper, fat for cooking
Instructions
- Sauté aromatics; add main ingredients and broth.
- Simmer until everything is tender and flavorful.
- Adjust seasoning; serve in bowls with your usual bread or toppings.
